I had to plan a wedding in 6 months and get my body into better shape. I searched for a personal trainer that could come to my home to help me and I found Home Fit. Andi and I met and right away we hit it off. I met with her 3 times a week, she reviewed my food intake, made suggestions and gave me a plan for things to do on the days we weren’t together. With my busy work schedule, Andi made it really easy for me to fit in our workouts and gave me great 20-30 minute workouts to do on our off days. What I love most about Andi and Home Fit is that her hours are flexible, she brings everything to me, and she makes every minute count and motivates me to want to be the best I can be. Andi has changes not only my body but the way I look at food and what I consume. I couldn’t be happier with my personal trainer.

Running has become my passion in recent years and Andi’s encouragement has helped me progress from running short distances to recently completing a 30 km race.
