Whether you’re looking to decrease stress, prevent osteoporosis, improve postural alignment and flexibility, or experience the benefits of a good overall workout, then yoga is right for you.

Our yoga instructors have traveled outside of Canada to further their studies. They are well versed in Kripalu, Hatha and Ashtanga.

Our sessions are private or semi private, which means your instructor can create a yoga sequence that is based on your fitness level. Each session is created based on how you are feeling. One day you may need a gentle, meditative session while another you may want more of a challenging strength flow. Every session is tailored to your needs and goals on each specific day.

We come to you, so there is no need to get out of a classroom and change quickly after your relaxing session.

What to expect:

    Sessions can be a combination of Personal Training, Yoga and /or Pilates

    Our whole team actively participates in an online support group giving you access to fitness, nutrition and motivational tips 24/7

    If you combine personal training, yoga and/or pilates our integrated software allows your trainers to share their session notes, so that everyone is working towards your goals together.
